Myles Christenson

Licensed and selling real estate in Victoria for over 34 years, Myles has experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. As a previous owner and manager of a local real estate company, you can be assured his knowledge and expertise will guide you smoothly through the purchase or sale of your home.

In 2003, Myles was appointed by the Victoria Real Estate Board to the Professional Standards Committee as a Formal Hearing Panel Member and Chairperson, Appeal Panel Chairperson as well as Dispute Arbitrator. Myles continues to act in this role for the VREB. He is committed to, and ensures nothing less than professional service and advice.

Together with Ron Cunningham, his business partner for over 30 years, they have achieved numerous MLS awards for sales production including the highly regarded VREB "President's Award" for continued high level production, the "2016 Gold Leadership Award" in recognition for client service and in 2018, Myles received the "Gold Leadership Award" in recognition for service to the Real Estate industry. Other accomplishments include "Top Ten" from 2006 through 2022 at DFH, a company of over 100 realtors. Ron Cunningham

Licensed and selling real estate in Victoria since 1990, Ron, a life long resident of Victoria, has the knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market to help guide you through the many aspects of your real estate sale or purchase. As a former owner/manager of a local real estate firm, Ron has experienced all the industry has to offer.

Ron partnered with Myles in 1991 and together have achieved numerous MLS awards for sales production including the highly regarded VREB "President's Award" for continued high level production and the "2016 Gold Leadership Award" in recognition for client service. Ron has also been a "Top Ten" producer from 2006 through 2022 at DFH, a company of over 100 realtors. Charlie Cunningham

Charlie entered real estate after running a well-known successful business on the Saanich Peninsula for more than 35 years. As a lifelong resident of Victoria, Charlie is very knowledgeable in all areas of the capital city. After decades of being an entrepreneur, Charlie delivers nothing but professionalism and integrity to his clientele.

In 2021, Charlie was asked to join the successful long time partnership of Myles Christenson and Ron Cunningham and become a part of their team. He quickly became an integral part of their team and enjoys working together with Myles and Ron while also maintaining and servicing his existing clientele. Charlie was the recipient of the "2023 Spirit Award" at DFH, an award that was voted on by his peers and represents an overall dedication and willingness to support the industry, company and all its members. This spirit is an essential component of this successful team.
